Our project of choice for the 2026 tournament is the OUTDOOR RINK REVITALIZATION PROJECT. The previous rink, now well past the end of it’s life, has been cared for by the Smithers Volunteer Fire Department for decades. It has been an asset to our community, many of us learned to skate there and remember playing outdoor hockey with friends and family.

This rink is vital to keeping our community active and healthy and it’s time to replace it. With your support we can initiate the development of a new outdoor rink supported by the Smithers Volunteer Fire Department, Smithers Celebrity Golf, BV Youth Sport Foundation and you, the sponsors.
